Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will possess:

Significant relevant experience in managing complex projects within a highly regulated industry/environment.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, in particular the demonstrated ability to provide sound advice and prepare written reports and briefings.

Demonstrated understanding of the importance of workplace culture that embraces safety and security and is collaborative and inclusive.

Well-developed interpersonal skills that foster trust and cooperation, and a proven ability to work effectively and with integrity within a politically sensitive environment.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has:

Detailed knowledge and understanding of transportation and fleet management and/or dangerous or hazardous material

Experience in, or a sound understanding of, working in the delivery of nuclear and radioactive waste management and disposal programs and projects

Experience in, or a sound understanding international radioactive waste management supply chain
-
Experience in, or a sound understanding of transport and packaging of radioactive materials
-
Experience working in highly regulated environments
-
Experience in, or sound understanding of Nuclear Security and/or Nuclear Safeguards requirements

Sound understanding of Commonwealth Government processes.
