Login and access

Common questions about signing in and accessing member-only pages.

How do I log in to the ARPS website?

Select Log in on the ARPS website, or use the Member login button on this page. Enter the email address associated with your ARPS membership and your password.

You can also use the social login options shown on the login screen if they are linked to the same email address as your ARPS account.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Go to the login page and select Forgot password. Enter the email address linked to your ARPS membership and follow the instructions sent to your email.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your junk or spam folder. If it still does not arrive, contact the ARPS Secretariat at secretariat@arps.org.au.

Why am I being asked to log in when I open a page?

Some ARPS pages are restricted to current members. If you open a restricted page such as Member Downloads, the Member Directory or Forums while logged out, the website will redirect you to the login screen.

Log in using your ARPS account, then return to the page you were trying to access.

I logged in, but I still cannot access a member-only page. What should I do?

First, check that you are using the email address linked to your ARPS membership. If you have more than one email address, you may have logged in with a different account.

You can also try logging out, clearing the browser cache, or opening the page in a private/incognito window. If access still does not work, contact the ARPS Secretariat at secretariat@arps.org.au and include the page you were trying to access.

Profile and directory

Help with your member profile, contact details and directory visibility.

How do I update my contact details?

Log in to the ARPS website and open My profile. From there you can review and update your contact details, organisation, email address and other profile information.

Keeping your details up to date helps ensure you receive ARPS communications, renewal notices and relevant member updates.

How do I change what appears in the member directory?

Log in and open your member profile. Review your privacy or visibility settings to control what information appears to other members in the ARPS member directory.

The member directory is intended to help ARPS members connect with each other professionally.

Who can see the member directory?

The ARPS member directory is a restricted member-only area. Visitors who are not logged in will be asked to log in before accessing the directory.

Members should only use directory information for appropriate ARPS, professional or networking purposes.

My details in the directory are incorrect. How do I fix them?

Log in and update your member profile. If you cannot edit the relevant field, or if the correction relates to your membership grade or status, contact the ARPS Secretariat at secretariat@arps.org.au.
