Sales Manager – Australia & New Zealand (ANZ)

Location: Brisbane (preferred) – Travel required across ANZ
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Radtronics is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly motivated Sales Manager ANZ to drive growth across Australia, New Zealand, and neighbouring regions. This role is central to expanding the adoption of advanced radiation‑measurement technologies and strengthening our presence across defence, government, healthcare, research, and industrial sectors.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients including the ADF, state and federal agencies, hospitals, radiopharmaceutical producers, universities, and nuclear research facilities. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, technically curious, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Market Development

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships across medical imaging, radiopharmaceutical production, defence branches, nuclear research, and industry.
  • Develop client acquisition strategies and maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  • Lead key account management and strategic partnerships to deliver critical solutions.

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Implement business systems and sales methodologies to strengthen channels and win competitive tenders.
  • Provide quarterly, data‑driven sales forecasts to international manufacturing partners.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging technologies.

Supplier Management

  • Liaise closely with our key suppliers Rotem Industries and Mirion Technologies.
  • Coordinate product training, technical updates, and ongoing collaboration with supplier teams.
  • Work with suppliers to obtain accurate quotations, lead times, and technical clarifications for customer proposals.
  • Strengthen long‑term supplier relationships to ensure seamless support for local operations.

 

 

 

Technical & Operational Engagement

  • Collaborate with international engineering and product teams to deliver solutions for complex local missions.
  • Commission systems onsite and provide end‑user training.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and tender submissions with accuracy and commercial insight.

Marketing & Representation

  • Develop and oversee targeted marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Represent Radtronics at national and international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.

About You

You are a self‑driven, organised, and commercially minded professional with a passion for technology and customer engagement. You thrive in environments that require autonomy, initiative, and relationship‑building.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sales or business development role.
  • Experience in contract development, tendering, and account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business‑writing skills.
  • Proven project‑management capability.
  • Highly reliable with strong deadline management and organisational discipline.

Desirable

  • Background in health physics, medical technology, radiation measurement, or related scientific fields.
  • Understanding or experience in radiation‑monitoring instrumentation.
